Returns Policy
Brian Perry Gowns undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition or is an incorrect order.
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product:
It must be unworn.
Contact us within 7 days to inform us of the damage/problem and we will send you a courier ticket. Please send back the product in its original packaging to prevent further damage.
Please keep your shipping receipt as proof of shipment. We may not be able to process your refund if the product is lost in shipping without this proof.
We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and credit your card/account the full amount of purchased price.
Brian Perry Gowns will also exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within seven days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
If you wish to exchange an undamaged product:
It must be unworn.
Please return it or contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return postage is at own cost.
Send it to our address using a prepaid, insured, traceable method. If you do not use the recommended service and in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing we will be unable to process your return request.
Please keep your shipping receipt as proof of shipment. We may not be able to process your refund if the product is lost in shipping without this proof.
We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received.
Let us know the details (product number / name, size and colour) of the item you wish to exchange the gown for. If the exchange item is of higher value than the original item we will debit your credit card the difference. If the item is of lower value then the original gown we will send you a gift voucher to make up the difference.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
