Ordering and Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand and Australia is FREE.

Shipping to the USA will incur a shipping fee of NZ$15 per gown.

Once you have placed an order, if the item is in stock you will receive confirmation email with your order details and Courier tracking number.

If you do not receive a conformation order then your order has not been processed.

We endeavor to have your order delivered to you within five working days, however this is dependent on the courier service.

Please note once your order has left our premises we are no longer responsible for any damages or loss.
