How do I get wrinkles out of my dress?
Hang your gown in a steamy bathroom for as long as possible and the creases fall out naturally.
For best results you can steam your dress, however if you do not have access to a steamer you can take it to a professional cleaner.
How should I store my dress?
Always store your gown on a clothes hanger, preferably in a garment bag for added protection and in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I track the courier?
We will issue you via email a tracking number
What if the dress I order doesn't fit me?
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we are only obliged to provide a refund if the gown is damaged however we will exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within seven days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
Can you do alterations?
No, we do not provide an alternation service.
What if I see a style I like but want a different colour or material?
If you see a dress you like but would like a small alteration made to the style (i.e having a corset style back rather than a zipper cosing) colour or material, email us including the details of the modifications you would like and we will get back to you on the cost and estimated delivery date. We can also send you a colour chart if you would like to order a colour other than what we have in stock. Please note special orders will take longer to deliver.
How long does it take to get a "special order"?
Between 6 - 10 weeks depending on the specifics of the order. An estimated delivery time will be emailed to your contact email address after the special order is made.
My order status says "Cancelled", why?
We reserve the right to cancel orders, the most common reason we may cancel an order is if there is damage to our stock or we are out of stock on that particular item.

How are orders shipped?
Orders will be shipped to you via Courier. You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email.
How long does shipping take?
We endeavor to have your order out to you within 5 working days but this is dependent on the courier
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within New Zealand is FREE. Shipping internationally will be at the customers cost and depends on the location the package is being shipped too. The cost of shipping will be outlined in the ordering process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however it is not free. The cost will be listed in the ordering process.
If I order a dress, how long will it take to get to me?
If the gown is listed as in stock it will be sent from our distribution centre within five working days of your order being placed. However the product may take longer to arrive depending on courier delivery times.
How can I get a tracking number for my package?

What should I do if my shipment was delivered damaged?
If you think the product was sent damaged or faulty please return it for a refund. However if the product was damaged in transit as in our Terms and Conditions, we are not responsible for any damage of the product once it leaves our dispatch centre.
Can dresses be returned/ exchanged?
If the product is damaged or faulty we will refund or exchange the product. See our return page for details on how to return damaged items.

I think my item is flawed or incorrect, what should I do?
If you think the order is incorrect please contact us using the details on our “contact us” page, include the order number when you contact us. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “returns” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
The color isn't quite the same as on my computer screen.
Computer screens vary in how colour is shown, the colour you see on your screen may not be the exact colour of the gown.
